Automatic belt loop setter

JAM INTERNATIONAL JT801P automatic unit for loop setting, equipped with double needle bar sewing head, double capacity hook and thread trimmer. X-Y axis movement, loop catcher clamp and loading device powered by brushless motors. Adjustable loop length and width with the possibility to make the straight and the “V” cut. Electronic detector system for joints and loop lack.

Thanks to the easy intuitive coloured touch screen it is also possible to choose the execution of different kinds of programmed bar tacks or to develop new standard ones with different dimensions and number of stitches. JT801P allows to execute also personalized bar tacks different from the standard ones on demand. It is possible also, by simple modifications, to set, besides from the traditional loops (with the two ends folded), also sport wear loops (with only the lower end folded) and classic loops (with no ends folded).

Automatic pocket setter with folding group.

The automatic unit JT862P is an automatic programmable area machine for the application of patch pockets on jeans and similar, with the automatic folding group and stacker. It is equipped with a lock stitch double size hook and thread trimmer.

The pocket shape can easily be replaced in 2-3 minutes and the direct use of the TOUCH SCREEN panel allows the immediate management of the stitching programs.

The automatic unit JT884P is an automatic and programmable pre-creased pocket setter on jeans and similar, with and automatic stacker. It is equipped with two lockstitch sewing heads which work simultaneously, large capacity rotary hook and thread trimmer.

Thanks to the garment transfer system from one head to the other, a high quality and steady production can be guaranteed with any kind of fabric. The sewing heads simultaneity and the efficient sewing cycle (considered as operation sequence and stitching speed) allow to get a production much higher than the average.

The pocket jig can be replaced in 2/3 minutes and the touch screen control system allows the immediate and intuitive modification of the sewing program, including the bartack. This unit can be also used to make double colour decorative stitching.
